Jiminy Crickets Fredzilla Award! 1st Place!
Rumor has it that this clown was a Cat 3 up until about a month ago. He recieved upgrade points from the 'Gimbles' Ride and his license plate use to say USCFCAT3.

why anyone would get a vanity plate with something on it the average Joe wouldn't understand and those who do think you're an idiot is beyond me.
i bet he was real cool back in college with his "2.35 GPA" license plate.

Today is my lucky day. My dream license plate has become available. No more 'USCFCAT4' for me baby! I'm going to score all the chicks now!
